1. Who may use CallBanger

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade prediction markets where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local law; we do not provide legal or tax advice.

CallBanger is not available to anyone in a jurisdiction where trading these markets is prohibited, and not to persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions.

2. Non-custodial by design

CallBanger never holds your funds. Every order, fill and payout happens through smart contracts on Robinhood Chain from a wallet you control. We cannot move, freeze or recover your assets, and we cannot reverse a confirmed transaction.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, keys and recovery phrase.

3. Markets and settlement

Each market states a coin, a metric, a target and a window. Outcomes are settled from a multi-source price consensus recorded on-chain; the contract result is final once finalised.

Orders only fill when another participant takes the other side. Unmatched resting orders are refundable, and once a round resolves any remaining resting orders are released back to their owner.

4. Fees

A protocol fee is applied to matched volume, and a share of that fee may be paid to a referrer whose code you bonded. Network gas is charged by the chain, not by us. Fee parameters are published in the app and may change for future rounds.

5. Prohibited use

No market manipulation, wash trading, automated abuse of the interface, exploitation of contract or oracle behaviour, or use of CallBanger for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

6. No warranty, limited liability

CallBanger is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, chain outages, oracle failure, smart-contract bugs, third-party wallets or lost keys.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above marks the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
